Dr Parrish is a highly experienced physician grounded in compassion, empathy, integrity, and high-quality, evidence-based care. Her purpose has always been to collaborate with patients and their loved ones so they can live their best possible lives. Her years in the emergency department, urgent care, hospice, and now in aesthetic and wellness medicine are all expressions of the same calling: partnering with patients and families on their life journeys as they pursue greater confidence, fulfillment, and quality of life—inside and out.
After the birth of her second child and returning to running, she realized her body had changed more than she expected. She was wearing two sports bras for support—and still felt miserable. For two years she pushed through shoulder, neck, and back pain while wrestling with the idea of a breast reduction, and took time to navigate the complex emotions that come with considering a major change to one’s appearance.
Eventually, she chose to undergo breast reduction surgery. The physical and emotional relief was immediate and profound. She came out of that process with a deep appreciation for the ability to align her appearance with how she felt. She began to see these types of procedures not as vanity, but as a meaningful investment in herself—so she could show up as the best version of herself for her loved ones and her patients.
From that place of newfound alignment, she was drawn to explore aesthetics, neurofeedback, and life coaching in her own life. The result was a sense of deep peace and “coming home” to herself, which inspired her to offer these same life‑changing, aligning modalities to others seeking that same wholeness.

I’ve chased some wild things in my life: mountain runs that lasted days, world firsts, and hold records that tested every part of me. I’ve learned what it means to dig deep, to keep going when everything in you wants to stop, and to stand on top of a summit that once felt impossible.
But none of those achievements compare to this: learning to love myself, to trust myself, and to find peace in my own skin.
For years I thought strength meant endurance, pushing harder, proving more, never letting myself rest. What I’ve come to know is that real strength is softness. It is self-knowledge. It is being able to meet whatever life brings with presence, grace, and courage.
I’m a coach, a hypnotherapist, and an NLP practitioner, now completing my training as a psychologist. My background in psychology gives the work depth and evidence. My years of coaching and lived experience bring heart and real-world perspective.
Everything I do sits at the meeting point of psychology and soul. It is not about fixing people; it is about helping them remember who they are beneath the noise and the stories.
Through this work, I help women reconnect to themselves, regulate their emotions, and build the kind of self-trust that can carry them through whatever life brings. It’s not about never falling. It’s about knowing how to rise with more softness, clarity, and strength every time.

Life Coach | Counselor
Meaningful change begins with self-awareness, curiosity, and intention. As a counselor and life coach, I partner with individuals as a guide and support—helping you identify what motivates you, clarify priorities, and discover practical ways to create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
My work is grounded in an experiential, trauma-informed approach that honors each person as the expert on their own experience. Each week we will connect to work within your unique timeframe. Individualized virtual sessions are collaborative and reflective, designed to help you access your inner strengths, expand perspective, and build confidence to move forward. I value the courage it takes to invest in yourself and strive to create a supportive, connective environment where exploration feels empowering and growth feels sustainable.
Through guided reflection and therapeutic-style coaching, I will support you in reconnecting with your authentic self, gaining clarity around your current life priorities, and identifying areas for growth and alignment. My goal is to foster confidence, inner harmony, and fulfillment—helping you feel centered, refreshed, and renewed.
