Ultimate Alignment functions as a year-long container, helping clients maintain and deepen the results they’ve achieved through Twisted Tree’s Signature and Ultimate packages.​

We limit membership so that our members get top tier service and access to the medspa. 

All membership fees go straight to your wallet to use on whatever service you choose. Memberships have a 3 month minimum commitment. Membership fees accrue indefinitely in your wallet but cannot be used in advance. Membership fees that accrue in the wallet can be used on any service, excluding GLP1s and Retail Items. 

Members get free treatments every month. Free treatments do not accrue and do not transfer. 

Members get 10% off everything, excluding GLP1 and Retail Items.
