Keeping Things Confidential
- Twisted Tree Wellness takes confidentiality seriously, especially in a small community where people know each other. Anything you share—your visits, treatments, or personal details—stays private and is treated as confidential health information.
- Team members are strictly instructed not to discuss your care, your name, or even the fact that you are a client with anyone outside the clinic, including friends, family, or other clients. Conversations about your care only happen when needed to provide services, process payments, or handle required paperwork.
- If you ever have concerns about being recognized or about your information being shared, Twisted Tree Wellness will work with you to add extra privacy measures, such as limiting who can access your record or how you prefer to be contacted.
- Twisted Tree Wellness only asks for the info needed to book visits, provide care, and run the business smoothly.
- Your details and health info stay private and are never sold; they’re only shared with trusted services like scheduling, payment, or medical record tools when necessary.
- You can ask what we have on file about you, request corrections, or opt out of marketing emails anytime.

Website Privacy
This part covers our website. It explains what the site collects, why, and which outside services it uses.
Our forms
- Contact Us: name, email, phone and your message.
- Subscribe: your email address and, if you give it, your name.
Each entry is emailed to us at [email protected] and saved in our website’s database. The site also saves the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser type. We use this to reply to you, send the updates you signed up for, and stop spam.
To catch spam bots, our forms use a hidden field that people never see. It collects nothing about you.
Booking and the patient portal
Online booking and the patient portal are run by Aesthetic Record, the system we use for appointments and patient records. What you enter there goes to Aesthetic Record, not to our website, even when booking shows on our Book page. Aesthetic Record’s own privacy policy applies there.
Outside services on our pages
A few pages show content from other companies. When it loads, that company may collect data such as your IP address and set its own cookies. Their privacy policies apply.

Visitor stats
We use Google Analytics to see how people use our website: which pages they visit, how they found us, their device and browser type, and their rough location. It uses cookies. We do not send it what you type into forms, and it does not run inside booking or the patient portal. We do not use it for ads or ad personalization. You can opt out with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
Cookies
Other than the services named in this section, our website does not set cookies for visitors. You can block or clear cookies in your browser settings.
